Keep It Tropical Brewing™

Our focus at Keep It Tropical Brewing™ is and has been very simple – the celebratory nature of good times past, present & future.

We simply strive, each day, to maintain the same lightheartedness which was the catalyst for embarking on this pastime turned hobby turned formal pursuit years ago.

A tradition of quality is yet another common denominator we insist on maintaining, everyday – this includes ensuring consistency from batch-to-batch and utilizing only premium, all-natural ingredients in all of our craft beer creations – as has been the case from the outset of our endeavor in 2013.

Thus far in our brewing journey we have developed and refined 8 recipes which comprise our primary lineup (each is also available for private-label). Each was challenging to get right with a steep learning curve:

• Certified-Organic Kolsch
• American Pilsner – Alcohol-Free (0.0% ABV)
• Present-Use Cream Ale
• Lime Gose
• 100+ IBU IPA
• Low-Alcohol Pale Ale (2.5% ABV)
• European Lager (Gluten-Free)

From time to time, we also offer limited-edition barrel-aged and/or seasonal brews as well as interesting experimental varieties in select markets – sometimes even for somewhat small occasions, such as a friend’s birthday, anniversary or other milestone event – that little something extra always seems to hit the mark no matter the flavor-profile.

With nomadic, gypsy-brewer roots that began merely sampling great brews while traveling about on various excursions, we began to discern standout characteristics batch-to-batch – noting the outsized impact local/regional ingredients always seem to have along with unique brewing protocols/rituals implemented by accomplished master brewers. The byproduct of these travels became a cerebral, gustation and olfaction reference library, as it were, honed by time (…and, still evolving) – establishing the cornerstone of our extensive due diligence processes which, in turn, provided us a substantive baseline for each style we set our sights on and batch we brew.

In each geographic market we select, we partner and collaborate with local master brewers, utilize local farm-grown ingredients and pilot numerous batches until we get each one just right. Our focus then shifts to maintaining a consistent flavor-profile while we scale each unique recipe (developing in-house/proprietary best practices in the process) usually in 15 BBL batches. The end-goal being delivering to you one thing: reliable refreshment wherever you happen to enjoy our brewing creations around the globe.

This ongoing cooperation with our brewing, farm and distribution partners is something we not only appreciate but look forward to each season with our simple aim “boiling down” to having the diligent care we take, quality we focus on, and enthusiasm we have for top-notch, high-quality, handmade, craft beverages shine-through in every draught, bottle and can.

Optimally, we hope you will find an unsung daily event or a memorable time (or two or three) to reflect-on while enjoying some of our beverages – ideally, we provide you a metaphorical roundtable to share moments of gratitude on some level, from time to time, in the company of family, friends and new acquaintances.
